Legal · bimworkforce.pl
These terms are the rules for using the BIM WORKFORCE website and for asking us about work in Poland. They explain what the site does, how an application actually reaches us, and what we cannot promise.
The site is information: vacancies, steps, and the fees shown before an email is prepared.
Preparing the message on the Apply page is not an application until you email it yourself.
A job, a work permit and a visa depend on the employer and on the authorities, not on this website.
A terms page sets the rules between a visitor and a company. It says what the website is for, what counts as an application, and which results are outside our control.
Using bimworkforce.pl means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. How we handle information is explained separately in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are offered by BIM WORKFORCE, a recruitment company registered in Poland.
The website explains how BIM WORKFORCE helps international candidates look for work in Poland. That includes vacancies, sectors, document guidance and the steps on the Apply page.
The site is information. It is not a government service, not an embassy, and not a confirmation that a particular job is yours. There is no walk-in process. Candidates are assisted online, from the country they are in.
We may change, pause or remove pages, vacancies and descriptions at any time.
Using the Apply page does not, by itself, submit an application to BIM WORKFORCE. The page helps you:
You apply by sending that email yourself to hr@bimworkforce.pl and attaching your updated CV. Until that email is sent, we have not received your application, and the details typed into the page are not saved by us.
We may decline to continue if the email is incomplete, the CV is missing, the details cannot be confirmed, or the vacancy is no longer open. Sending an email does not mean you have been selected.
If you email us, you confirm that the message is true, complete and yours to send. That includes your name, age, experience, employment, location, contact details and any document you attach.
A false or misleading application can be stopped. You are responsible for the documents you attach and for keeping your own copy of what you send.
Recruitment support described on the Apply page can be a paid service. It is not free of charge, and it is not a fee charged by the employer.
Before the page prepares your email, it shows the package, what the package includes, and the payment due if you are selected to start. You confirm that you have read that information. The figures on the Apply page at that moment are the figures for your enquiry. Later visitors may see an updated package.
Paying a fee does not purchase a job, a work permit or a visa. Do not send money because of a message that did not come through the steps on this website. If you are unsure who is contacting you, write to biuro@bimworkforce.pl before you pay.
BIM WORKFORCE does not guarantee:
Employers decide who they hire and on what conditions. Polish authorities and embassies decide permits and visas. Timing depends on those bodies and on the documents in the file. A period mentioned on the website is a description of the usual process, not a deadline we control.
Vacancy text is the information available when the page was prepared. Hours, pay, accommodation and transport are set by the employer and can change. Photographs are illustrative.
BIM WORKFORCE is not your employer unless a written document says so. If you are hired, the employment relationship is with the employer.
A link to Facebook or another website leaves bimworkforce.pl. Those sites have their own rules, and we are not responsible for them.
Use the website lawfully and only for a genuine enquiry about work. You agree that you will not:
The text, logo, photographs and layout belong to BIM WORKFORCE or are used with permission. You may read them and share a link to the site. You may not republish them as your own service.
We take care that the website is clear. We are not responsible for a decision by an employer, an authority or an embassy, or for a vacancy that changes or closes after you have read it.
We are not responsible for loss caused by information you choose to email, by a payment you make to someone who is not us, or by a technical interruption of the website.
Nothing in these terms removes responsibility that Polish law does not allow us to remove. If you are a consumer, mandatory rights in your country of residence still apply.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page will change. The published version applies to use of the website after that date. An application you have already emailed is handled on the information and package you confirmed when you sent it.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. The courts of Poland can hear a dispute, without limiting a mandatory consumer forum you are entitled to use.
By emailing an application you also confirm that you have read the vacancy and the package you selected, that the details are accurate, that you understand a fee may apply and that the outcome is not guaranteed, and that we may contact you and share the details needed for that vacancy as described in the Privacy Policy.
