The Apply page does not upload your details and does not add you to a database.

You send the email

We only see an application after you email it from your own mail account, with your CV if you attach one.

01 Why this page exists

A privacy policy tells visitors, in public, how a company handles personal information. It is here so you do not have to guess. For this website the important point is simple: filling in the Apply page does not send your details to BIM WORKFORCE, and we do not save them.

The page covers bimworkforce.pl, including the homepage, the About page and the Apply page. It is written in plain language for candidates reading the site from outside Poland.

02 Who we are

BIM WORKFORCE is a recruitment company registered in Poland. For the purposes of this page, we are the organisation responsible for the information described here.

Write to the office address for a question about privacy. A job application is sent by you to the recruitment address, as the Apply page explains.

03 The Apply page

The Apply page is a guide on your own device. It helps you read a vacancy, check the stated requirements, choose a processing package, and then prepare the text of an email.

When you press Prepare application, the page writes a subject line and a message on the screen. Nothing is submitted to us. There is no form company storing the entry, and there is no applicant account.

Your name, email address and WhatsApp number are used only to fill in that message while the page is open. BIM WORKFORCE does not receive them and does not save them.

So that you can move between steps without starting again, the browser may keep a note in that tab only: the vacancy, your age, years of experience, whether you are employed, your current location, and the package you selected. That note stays on your device. It is not uploaded. Closing the tab removes it. Your name, email address and WhatsApp number are not included in that note.

If you leave the page, or you do not meet the requirements, we never receive those details. We only receive an application if you later choose to send the email yourself.

04 If you email us

An email you send is ordinary correspondence. It arrives in our mailbox, the same way any email to an office does. A typical application includes the details you put in the message:

  • Full name and age
  • Position, experience, employment status and current location
  • The processing package you selected
  • WhatsApp number and email address
  • Your CV, if you attach one
  • Anything else you choose to write

We use that message to read your application, reply, and take the next step you asked about. We may contact you at the email address or WhatsApp number you sent.

We keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry or application, including follow-up about documents, a work permit, a visa or the start of work, and for any period Polish law requires us to keep business records. We do not keep a second copy on the website.

05 Who else may see it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass application details to advertisers.

If an application you emailed moves forward, we may share the details needed for that vacancy with the employer and, where the process requires it, with the Polish authorities or embassy involved in a work permit or visa.

The email provider that hosts our mailbox stores messages so we can read and reply to them. We may also disclose information if the law, a court, or a competent authority requires it.

06 Visiting the website

You can read the public pages without giving us your name.

The homepage and the Apply page load Google Analytics. It records general visit information, such as which pages were opened, the type of device and browser, an approximate location, and how the visit arrived. We use that to see which pages are useful. We do not use it to identify a candidate, and it is not connected to an email you might send later.

The site also loads typefaces from Google. The Apply page loads icons from a public content network. Those services see a technical address, because that is how a page is delivered over the internet. They do not receive the text of an application prepared on the Apply page.

This Privacy Policy page and the Terms page do not load Google Analytics.

07 Cookies

A cookie is a small file a site can store in the browser. We do not set our own cookies for accounts, advertising or applications. There is no login on this website.

Google Analytics may set a cookie on the pages that load it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Google describes its own handling of analytics data in Google’s privacy policy.

The temporary note that remembers your place on the Apply page is stored in the browser tab. It is not a cookie, and it is not sent to us.

08 What we do not do

  • We do not collect an application through the website.
  • We do not save the Apply form on our servers.
  • We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
  • We do not run a candidate account or a hidden applicant database behind the form.
  • We do not knowingly collect information about children. The site is for adults seeking work.

09 Your rights

If we hold information because you emailed us, you can ask to see it, correct it, delete it where the law allows, limit how it is used, or object to a use based on our legitimate interest. Where the right applies, you can also ask for a copy in a common format.

Send the request to biuro@bimworkforce.pl. We may need to confirm that it comes from you. Because the website itself does not store the Apply form, a request about details you typed but never emailed will usually have nothing on our side to retrieve. Closing the browser tab clears the note kept on your device.

You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority:

10 Why we may use an email

If you email an application, we use it to answer you and to take the steps you asked for before any recruitment support begins.

We also have a legitimate interest in reading enquiries sent to the office, in keeping the correspondence we need to do that work, and in seeing, through general analytics, which public pages are read. Analytics is not used to decide whether someone is hired. You can object to analytics by blocking cookies, and you can object to other uses by writing to the office email.

If this explanation changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The version published on bimworkforce.pl is the current one.
