What we do

Support from enquiry to arrival in Poland

Recruitment is the visible part. Most of the work is documentation, permits, logistics and the follow-up that gets you from an enquiry to a payslip in Poland.

How it works

Four steps before you commit to anything

Our application is deliberately sequential. You read the facts, choose a role, and we confirm your eligibility — only then does an application begin.

STEP 01

Get the information

Pay, hours, accommodation, documents and requirements — all published before any commitment. Ask us anything that is unclear.

STEP 02

Choose a vacancy

Select the role that fits your experience and situation, and review the full duties and conditions for that specific job.

STEP 03

Eligibility check

We check age, experience, employment status and your current location against the requirements of the role you picked.

STEP 04

Apply & documents

If you qualify, you submit your application and we begin the work-permit and document process with you.

What happens after you apply

Work permit Processing typically takes around 3–4 months.
Documents & embassy Papers prepared and submitted for your appointment.
Visa appointment Attend your appearance at the Polish embassy.
Arrival in Poland Flight arranged and our staff meet you at the airport.

The full process usually takes around 5–8 months, but timings vary by case and by embassy. Fees are staged and explained in writing before each stage. Neither a work permit nor a visa can be guaranteed — those decisions belong to the authorities.

Why BIM WORKFORCE

A recruitment agency you can actually check

Working abroad involves trusting someone with your documents, your savings and your plans. So we put our registration details, our process and our limits in writing — and we would rather turn an application down than take it on knowing it cannot work.

A registered Polish company

BIM WORKFORCE operates from an office in Siedlce, Mazowieckie, with a Polish tax identification number (NIP) and statistical number (REGON) you can verify.

Everything in writing first

Salary, hours, accommodation costs, deductions, documents and staged fees are presented before you commit — not after.

Assisted online, worldwide

There is no walk-in process. Applicants are supported remotely from any country, with recruiters reachable by email.

No promises we cannot keep

We do not claim guaranteed visas, guaranteed permits or "100% approval". Every application depends on the employer, the role and your own circumstances.

Questions candidates ask

Straight answers before you apply

The details below apply to our current vacancies. Anything specific to your own case is confirmed by a recruiter, not guessed at.

The age requirement for every currently listed vacancy is 23–50 years old. We assist applicants worldwide, entirely online.

Applicants who are already in another European country generally cannot simply transfer to Poland through this process — send your current visa or residence status and a recruiter will tell you whether your case can be handled.

It depends on the role. The Warehouse Worker vacancy requires no previous experience and includes full training.

For the visa application itself, relevant work experience matters: applicants without related experience can find the application more difficult. Experience does not guarantee approval.

For applicants from the Philippines, you may be asked for:

  • Valid passport and three government-issued IDs
  • NBI clearance with apostille
  • Bank statement covering the previous six months
  • CV, Certificate of Employment and diploma with apostille
  • SSS, PhilHealth and PAG-IBIG contributions

The exact list depends on your country of application and your circumstances. Self-employed applicants may also be asked for business or tax documents.

Around 5–8 months from application to travel, with the work permit itself usually taking about 3–4 months.

Processing times vary by case and by embassy, so we do not commit to a fixed date.

No. Work-permit and visa decisions are made by the relevant Polish authorities and embassies, based on your individual application.

Any agency claiming guaranteed approval or "100% visa success" is not being honest with you. What we can do is prepare your case properly and tell you early if we think it is weak.

For all current vacancies, accommodation and transport are provided by the company. Accommodation costs are deducted from salary where applicable, and the amount is stated per vacancy.

Salary is also subject to normal deductions such as tax and health insurance where applicable.

Fees are staged rather than paid upfront in one sum, and two options are presented during the application: work-permit processing only, or a package that also covers the one-way flight, travel insurance and full processing support.

Each stage, and exactly what it includes, is shown in step four of the application before you pay anything. Payments are made by bank transfer — always request official instructions from our team.

Our office is in Siedlce, Mazowieckie, but there is no walk-in application process. Applicants are assisted online wherever they are based.
